Benefits:
=> Predictive Maintenance
* Guarantee of level transmitter accuracy (measurement performance) via scheduled calibration.
* Reduced production downtime costs, without the need to drain tanks or pipes to remove the level transmitter.
* Availability of on-site level transmitter calibration, without process shutdowns or draining tanks and pipes.
* ISO certification for level transmitter calibrations (calibration regularity).
* Anticipation of level transmitter disassembly during general maintenance shutdown. Before the manufacturing process ends, level transmitter disassembly can begin. Saves maintenance time!

=> Preventive Maintenance:
* Cleaning flushing to remove incrustations/impregnations in the diaphragm seal of the level transmitter, without removing the level transmitter from the installation point.
* Prevents the deposit of materials with solids inside the passageway of the isolation valve, ensuring the valve is watertight.
* Safety for maintenance technicians, without contact with the process fluid.

=> Corrective Maintenance:
* Removal of the level transmitter for external repair, without process shutdowns with draining of tanks or piping.
Construction details
* Dimension between the flanges of the isolation valve = 59 mm
* Memory lock, avoiding unnecessary isolation.
* Various construction materials.
* Very low maintenance rates
